“Except for some of its advanced features such as videoconferencing, there’s nothing new to learn with ShoreTel’s VoIP system. You just pick up the phone and it works,” Vohra said. ShoreTel’s system also makes it much easier for workplaces with BYOD (bring your own device) environments to connect everyone, whether they are in the same office, across the country, or around the world.
